Diamond Class Action Lawsuit Claim Forms Now Available for Consumers

According to several websites the De Beers class action lawsuit has been settled and claims may now be made against the settlement fund. The deadline for submitting a claim is MAY 19, 2008.

On the 28th of December claim forms for the public were made available. The Jewelers vigilance Committee website Jvclegal.org has the links and information to fill out the forms.

JVC’s Website includes guidance to complete the form and a series of frequently asked questions. The information on the website advices those who wish to file a claim will have until May 19, 2008 to submit a form. The claim form must be postmarked on or before May 19, 2008 for it to be accepted.
